Fill a plastic tub with ¾ water and ¼ bleach

Dip the bottom of the jeans in the tub so that a few inches are submerged in the liquid and wait 30 seconds.

Lower the jeans so that a few more inches are submerged and wait one minute.

Repeat and wait two minutes.

Repeat and wait four minutes.

Soak the bleached jeans in a mixture of water and vinegar and let dry.
